DSA participated in the International Business Forum SRBHub Forum 2026 in Belgrade, held on 15 April-16 April under the slogan “Russia – Serbia 2026: Investment, Innovation, Partnership.”

The forum gathered entrepreneurs and legal professionals from Russia and Serbia with a focus on strengthening economic cooperation, fostering dialogue, and supporting SMEs.

Our Kristina Stojanović took part as a panelist in the session “Family and Inheritance Relations in a Cross-border World,” where she spoke on “International Divorce: Recognition of Foreign Divorce Decisions and Current Issues in Court Practice.”

She shared key insights on current challenges in Serbian court practice regarding the recognition of foreign divorce decisions and highlighted practical aspects relevant to cross-border family law matters.
