Dušica Dukanac
Dušica is a dispute resolution and commercial law attorney with over 10 years of professional experience gained in leading Serbian law firms and through her independent legal practice. She focuses on providing strategic legal support to corporate clients, particularly in commercial and insurance-related disputes.
In addition to commercial dispute resolution, Dušica advises and represents clients in criminal law matters, with a particular focus on white collar crime. Her practice also includes representation in complex family law matters, including high-conflict divorce proceedings and related disputes.
Prior to establishing her independent practice, Dušica worked as an attorney in several reputable law firms, where she gained significant experience in litigation and corporate advisory work.

Kristina Stojanović
Kristina is employment and commercial law professional with over 10 years of experience in top-tier international law firms, including a former Head of Legal role at a leading real estate investment fund in the SEE region. She regularly advises on wide array of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, represents clients in labor disputes, as well as discrimination and harassment claims.
She also supports clients on a day-to-day basis in matters relating to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, as well as commercial and real estate transactions.
Her broad experience includes advising multinational and domestic companies on complex employment and corporate matters, representing clients in high-stakes commercial and employment disputes, and leading negotiations in collective bargaining and other sensitive workplace matters.
